A deposit of $250 for participants reserves your spot in the Workshop. The non-refundable deposit is due by June 23, 2025.
The balance is due by June 30, 2025.

All participants need to bring a solid black stand and a folding chair to all rehearsals and the concert.
Children and young adults below the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian sign the consent form. Everyone participating in the Workshop is responsible for their own well being. The Avanti Ensemble, coaches, conductors and the venue are not responsible for any accidents or illness that occur, natural or otherwise.
By signing this agreement, you agree to all of these conditions. All fields on the form are to be filled out by the signatory over 18 years of age. Please mail your completed form and payment to Avanti Ensemble, 11987 Silver Crest St, Moorpark, CA 93021.
